Eligibility:

• Any Bangladeshi individual who has the means and capacity to repay the loan.
• Confirmed employee with at least 1 year confirmed service with current employer/ Self- employed (Doctors, Engineers, Architects etc.) for at least 2 years / Businessmen doing business successfully for at least 2 years.
• Bangladeshi supported by National ID (mandatory).
• Age: Minimum 21 years & maximum 65 years at the time of maturity of the loan.
• Minimum Gross Income for salaried: Tk.10,000/-, self-employed: Tk.25,000/- & businessmen: Tk.25,000/- per month.

Required Documents:

• Copy of National ID of applicant and guarantor(s).
• 3 copies recent lab printed passport size photograph of the applicant & guarantor(s).
• Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate/ Tax Return/ Tax Acknowledgement Receipt of the applicant (for loan amount exceeding Tk.5.00 lac).
• Last 6 (six) months' Bank Statement of the applicant.
• For salaried person, Salary Slip/ Letter of introduction from competent authority. Proof of employment for minimum 01 (one) year confirmed service.
• For businessmen, valid trade license for last two years.
• Latest utility bill.
• Statement of all active Bank Loans (if any).
• Net worth statement of applicant & guarantor.

Security:

• Personal Guarantee(s).
• Authorization for debiting client's deposit account for collection of EMI.
• Required No's of fully prepared post dated & valid signed MICR cheques with Memorandum of Deposit of cheques.
• Collateral/ Appropriate security (if applicable).
